I can create designs to your requirements, so if you like something but prefer a different colour, size, or create a new special bespoke item to suit your taste,please let me know. Please check your size, especially for bracelets. Make sure that the size is ok with your wrist. If you really like something from the website but you are worried it’s too small or too big, let me know please. I’ll create a new one just for you. Please be aware that your order could take between 3-5 working days before your purchase has been dispatched – this period is for the items from the items, from the collection the collection “Ready to wear”
“Creative Installations” please be aware up to 10 days. If, however your order is made during the weekend or public bank holidays, then please be aware 3 days longer. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped, so please be patient as I’m always taking care about the quality of the product. I will notify you by email as soon as your parcel has been posted or any delays, but I’m not responsible for any delays caused by the wrong work of the Post Office. Please be aware that the Christmas order must be made before 5th of December. There is no possibility of personal receipt of the contact.
PayPal is the form of payment accepted, however you do not to have a PayPal account to pay. Please make sure your address is correct on PayPal. I’m not responsible for sending to a wrong address that’s listed on your PayPal account.

Small order – at a flat rate of £2.00 to all UK addresses
The items bigger than 45 cm – at a flat rate of £6.00
The international – from £2.50 – £8.00 depends where you are (on the checkout
please simply choose your country and then the cost will be added to your order).
NOTE: International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of custom clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.
I cannot offer any refund on damaged, worn out, dirty or stolen items, but if your order is completely not what you are expected, please let me know within 7 days of purchase and I will do my best to find the solution.
TO GET THE REFUND, THE ITEM HAS TO BE IN A PERFECT CONDITION, NEVER
WORN OR DAMAGED.
Please email me at email@example.com and advise me that you wish to return the piece within 7 days of receipt and the reason for return. If the items is damaged on a delivery and a photographic proof is send to me to confirm that, I will then send out a new order to you. Please enclose a note of your contact telephone, re – package and enclose a copy of the email and return to the address that will be given. By using only the Royal mail Recorded Delivery on your cost as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit. Please retail the proof of recorded delivery. I will send you a replacement withing 5 days receiving of faulty item
